Worst banking experience ever. Opened an account about a year ago. Was told that the account would have no monthly maintenance fees. Received a phone call today informing me that my account was negative. Apparently, they had changed a policy some months ago and had been draining my account since. Spoke with both the branch manager and assistant manager, both very scummy people and was not refunded. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

By far the best bank in town. The people who work here are amazing people and really do care about you. They always greet me with a smile and really learned about me as a customer.

Great staff! PJ is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.
