Probably some of the worst customer services ive experienced. You know its bad when i took the time to come online to make a comment. They were absolutely horrific when i was buying another house and i needed documents. Im talking months before i got what i needed. Almost wasnt able to close on my house. secondly, the reps are not on the same page. They will give you different information and hang up on you. Make sure to get a reference number with any important transaction and have them give you a summary of whats on the reference notes.

Loan got stalled and I finally cancelled it, going to as local lender (Caliber from Texas) I'm still waiting for a refund of the "$495 appraisal fee" It's been almost 6 months!! Loan Depot promises the world but wouldn't deliver!
