Came in with very high expectations due to the reviews about this place and about Ryan Watson and I was certainly not disappointed! I was let down from past experiences at other dealerships and care here as a last ditch effort to get myself a car and I walked out a couple hours later with an amazing vehicle. Ryan was very kind and helpful for getting me an amazing car within my budget. I feel very lucky to have found this place! Spencer also deserves high praise as he let us check out the cars as we pleased and had them all ready to test drive for us. Everyone was very kind, patient and honest with us. Thanks to everyone here for their kindness!

Got my car! Ryan in finance went above and beyond to get this car for me. Even though I never met this man a day before in my life, it still felt as if I had known him for years. I've never been to a dealership where someone is determined to help you on ''real'' strength and not just on a business level. He was talking to me, encouraging me and mentoring me as well. Giving me instructions and advice on my career and showing love as if he was a family member! it felt like he was just one of my homies! I felt comfortable, I felt in place. Most times during a car deal you tend to feel a bit nervous as you wait for an response of whether or not you will be able to drive away with your dream car. He kept assuring me that even if it did not take place today, that I would still be able to prosper in other ways and just being totally uplifting and inspiring. I would love to work for a team like this! Ryan honestly needs to be a trainer, they need more folks like him on the team!

Ryan Watson and Spencer were absolutely amazing. Ryan especially made the process so smooth and easy, especially given my situation. I’m beyond thankful for him and his team there. It’s been a long time since I had a vehicle and he matched me up perfectly. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to visit them.

Where do I start ? The team that they have here at this location is beyond your average customer service level. I’m from the south so I know all about southern hospitality and showing love to people just out of gp. Honestly, not knocking Seattle, but it’s just clearly not the same with the hospitality and all. People here are a lot colder, that’s with almost every experience I’ve had with customer service. Literally, when I came to this location I felt like I was home. Everyone genuinely cared, it wasn’t just for show. I was greeted by Issac, even when I was leaving he was very nice and So respectful. Troy was like one of those down south just laid back cool brothers that made sure you understood how much he had your back. Then I met Ryan, Ryan and I kicked it off like we had been homies since way back. I’m telling you, it was the most genuine car deal I’ve ever had done. Most places are super up tight, making you feel uncomfortable, things are totally operated different here. Your team is amazing ! This is what every dealership need, please spread what you do here around to other dealerships! It is definitely needed ❤️

My experience was so amazing Ryan helped me so much especially since I’ve been struggling to find a car ever since mine got stolen. I would rate his customer service 1000% bc he helped in a way no other company couldn’t right now. I would refer my friends and family to him if they needed any car.
