I have utilized many banks, but this Key takes the cake. Let me just say, in most cases (teller/personal bankers help - and the constant overturning of employees, it is almost like walking in, knowing anyone!
The Manager was let go, I had a feeling this would happen, strictly because I knew how she worked the system. She was eventually let go, then hired her back, then she walked out, without notice.
Regional doesn’t listen, doesn’t really listen to anything - And based on what I have seen, it starts from the top - if the Regional is clueless, so are the branches.
FYI - Keep an eye out while applying for a loan, you may find it NEVER was submitted.
I enjoy the teller staff, always pleasant. New branch manager has a lot of work ahead of her, but she has a sheer mess on her hands, and she will be set up to fail, based on upper leadership.

Worst bank ever ! They are horrible here and there new bank manger is the worst person ever they are gonna loose so many customers from the farming community! They go through employees like crazy cause no one likes to work there. If I could give a 0 stars I would. And someone needs to fire the bank manager cause she is an evil person with no regard for the customer at all!

Gosh, I see the negative reviews and for me the crew at Quincy has been great. I moved my accounts here from another bank in town about 4 years ago after having many issues there and have been pleased with the service they provide. I have set up a checking account, CD account, gotten a safety deposit box and always feel my belongings are safe. They do get really busy on payday with so many people coming to cash checks so I have to work around that. Anyway just thought I should speak up for the great things that I have experienced.

Just some constructive criticism. I have used Key as one of my banks for the last eight years. I have seen phenomenal customer service at the Quincy location in the past! However, I am recently noticing a weak link at this location with one of the Teller’s attitude and customer service skills.

Maintenance fee of $50/month unless you have direct deposit. BUT when I started my direct deposit, the fee never went away. Now Adelina (who set up the account and claimed someone didn't tell me correctly) tells me I must direct deposit $5,000 per month to have the fee waived yet they have a Key Advantage plan that charges no fees with any size direct deposit. People what is wrong with this picture??? The difference? The higher deposit gets you free checks. Really? I can buy a lot of checks for $50/month. On hold for 8+ minutes after calling 4 times. Anyone else have this problem with Quincy?
