I can not speak for the other associates that work at Lendmark But I worked with A Man Named Mohammed at the Renton Branch and I deeply regret going through with this Loan. I was Very Apprehensive at first and it took me days to finally come to a decision and I made that decision based off of the information that was given to me by this Associate. First , I was not made aware that this Loan was going to be processed as a new Auto Loan, but a personal Loan , second I was told that it was not a High interest Loan which was a complete and total Lie, and 3rd now that the deal is sealed Mohammed could care less to respond to my Phone calls, his Attitude has completely Changed and they’re basically Like get Lost!!! IG my point is that The People are Sharks Ofcourse and are only in it for the Money. And ofcourse with my LuckBasically I’m in need of a new Car and I am Screwed because this Processed as an new Auto Loan

After 2 months of paying off the loan for my truck I find out only because I called them that they still haven't communicated to the DMV the release of the title. After raising hell they released the title. They can harass you till 1900 and on Sundays but they can't take responsibility for their actions! Maybe they would prefer explaining it to an attorney!

Me & my husband were approved. Then all the sudden we weren't. Submitted everything they asked. They make rules as they go along. Loan was for a car & only for 1,400. Horrible customer service, horrible company in general. Horrible management. Edit: Why would I contact the local branch when I had issues the first time?! Clearly, you don't read when a customer has an issue. Still horrible at customer service I see...

Do not use this branch. Rude and unprofessional. PLEASE! Do anything else you possibly can to avoid having to get a loan from this second rate office. Sorely needing improvements in their customer service skills.

I had the same experience I’ve been a customer for years requested an additional $500 was told I was approved by the underwriter all I had to do was bring a piece of mail and ID left work early to get there by my appointment time. Once I got there was told it would only be $100 but they are sorry I wasn’t told the truth can you say bait and switch?
