I have banked here for years. I even lived in AZ for awhile and still kept this bank as they are that amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Columbia Credit Union.

These guys are amazing. I came right at closing to deposit some checks. Once I got back to my car I couldn't find my cell. The employees kept calling it for me until I finally figured out I had dropped it in a bush walking in. They where so nice even though I'm sure they all wanted to go home. Went beyond my expectations of a credit union.

Every visit to this branch has been great. I always find the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a member of CCU for over 40 years and been to many of the branches. I'll rank this branch the same as all the others...5 stars.

Great variety of services, prompt friendly tellers, knowledgeable loan officers and a very efficient branch all around. They have helped my family and I with multiple loans and never any unexpected fees or surprises

We went in and asked if they could cash a check from columbia bank, they said it would be no problem. They had us sign it and thumbprint it. We handed over the check and they then said oh sorry we can only cash checks from our bank. And turned us away. Ruder service and unprofessional!

I really like this bank. The only complaint I have is how long I’m on hold every time I call. It’s ridiculous! It’s at least 30 minutes before I actually speak to anyone. And this is every single time, not once in a while or only at peak hours.

My first and the only bank I bank with. Today is Halloween and my daughter and I were greeted like celebrities. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again for the 100 grand 😉😉 …

The people in side are amazing. When it comes to the drive threw though, they suck. Bad. If your in a hurry don’t go here
