If I could give zero stars I would. I agree with CG, Do not trust these people. They sold me a car with 1k down I found out the car had frame dammage and failed to disclose that information to me back in January. I only found out recently when I went to my bank to get refinanced. The finance manager at the bank looked up the VIN and discovered the car had a damaged frame. Chase or any good lender would never finance a 18k car that had that kind of dammage thus dooming me with the sub-prime lender for the duration of the loan. I was advised to return the car and show them the information my finance manager uncovered. I brought the car back and showed the manager and he tried to tell me that frame dammage wasn't a big deal...it's pretty big deal to me I transported children and people in that car for a living!!! I will be filling a lawsuit against these people. Do not trust them when they say the car is clean. If you choose to buy a car from these people get the car checked out by a private mechanic and have your bank finance manager run their own report. So disgusted with this company. If you bought a car from these people and went with their financing I advise you to get your car checked out. It looks like I am not the only one they did this to.

If you want someone thats gonna put time into finding the used car you want. Talk to Zacc!! He did just that and I couldnt be more happy with the service he provided!

I had a great experience at Auto Loan USA, these guys were awesome. Friendly staff and great inventory.

Friendly people. You won't get a steal but they are fair and I would trust them again if I needed a used car.

Lists 2021 Toyota Avalon for less than $10,000 but when you call for 'best e-price' salesman quotes a price of over $30,000... but hey, they're having a one- day sale tomorrow!! bait and switch, to say the least. Didn't even have to walk on the lot to feel that stifling sleaze ball slime creeper feeling in my gut. Save yourself some time and trouble. Go elsewhere.
