Tigest is very knowledgeable loan officer. She guided us in the right direction throughout the loan process. She responded to our questions right away all the time. We spent a lot of time looking at different loan options with her and she is always quick to provide us with the information we were looking for right away. She always advises us on the pro and cons of each loan options, making sure whatever we choose is for the benefit of us. She is easy to work with and communicated with us in a clear and concise way.
