I recently needed information about a home that had gone into foreclosure a few years ago and was getting nowhere with the county records office so I decided to call the loan company that last had it and see what I could find. Not only was the phone answered immediately by Gretchen, but she was so very helpful to figure out what I needed. She took the necessary information and my number and instead of putting me on hold, she stated she would call me as soon as she had some information. About 15 minutes later she called and had everything I needed and was so helpful as to why j needed it. Thankyou Gretchen so very much.
