North Coast Credit Union, Sedro-Woolley, WA

This is an excellent credit union to have as your primary banking. I have always had good experiences with them in person. 5 star experience in those regards. However, their online banking platform is terrible, and has been terrible for years. If you make an error on your password it locks you out and prevents you from making any further attempts for some time. If you go to change your password and follow the prompts, type in your temporary, autogenerated password, it shuts down your login credentials completely. Over the years, even if you typed in your password and answered the security questions correctly, it would not register and lock you out. Overall, considering that most of my banking needs are done online, it is very cumbersome to use North Coast anymore. Is it just me who has had so much trouble with North Coast's online banking?

I think banking security should be a primary focus, which North coast credit Union seems to be lacking. It's the only downside of not using one of the big banks. Half the staff is great the other half stands out they are so rude.

New to this credit union but love them already. All my family are member and I'm the last to join, don't know why I waited so long! So nice not being nickel and dimed for every little thing.

This is the first & only bank I've actually loved. The atm there allows withdrawals in $1 increments! (at least for credit union members- not sure if that's universal)
