Probably more my fault but while most of it was completely painless so many things felt rushed and became uncertain overnight. (Percentage rate) They were as transparent as possible but maybe things really just shift so fast with the market status between April - May 2023. At the end of the day Denise and her team took good care of us and we're happy.
