OneMain Financial, Silverdale, WA

This was the 3rd time I have used OneMain, and each time was a great experience. The staff is awesome.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Francine from the Silverdale,wa branch experience was awesome answered all my questions.

I've had two loans with these guys. They hardly ever answer the phone. It's really annoying. But sure they'll be calling when I don't need them and ask would you like some money? No I have a loan with you guys already. I leave voicemails with no call back. At least I just paid my loan off, hopefully, if it was the right pay off amount that I was trying to call about today...

The staff of One Main in Silverdale WA re awesome! They treat you as family not clients. They make sure you understand everything before signing anything and no question is stupid if it is going going to make you comfortable and understand your situation better. I definately would recommend them to famiy or friends.

Received a loan in 2016. To 5 years to pay off. Staff was always courteous except Marco. Went to close loan with last payment and he didn’t tell me about $.02 , yes two cents- it kept my loan open for a longer time. When talking with him he was always rude. He would make the experience miserable. I must say Miranda and Christina were pleasant and always helpful. They put to rethink this mans customer service position. Would I get a loan from them again. Probably not. 28% intersect is way too high. At the time, desperate is desperate!

Silverdale branch is the best! The people that work there are absolutely awesome in all aspects! They have helped me on several occasions....son's funeral to consolidation...and each time they made the entire process easy and actually enjoyable treating me as if I were family !

Not happy with Francine, she was very abrupt, sounded like she wasn’t even willing to help me. I hope they stop sending me offers. She made me feel low in how she spoke to me. Thanks a lot! I am just trying to fix my situation if you don’t want my business then stop sending me flyers!

My Loan Officer was amazing. Easy process to get what I needed. Above and beyond. I showed up early for my appointment and they took care of me instead of going to lunch. Was not expecting that at all! I was ok with waiting. People need to eat, lol. Thank you!
