I'm surprised the reviews are low. I've had nothing but great experiences with BECU. The folks at the main branch on Division have been so very helpful and know me by name! The loan officers I've worked with have been top notch too. A shout out to Chad Johns for always being available for my buyers!

Horrible bank can't setup loans right can't explain them properly... and they set the autopayment to accounts you don't have money in so it charges an overdraft fee....... also if you have an overdraft fee its like pulling teeth cause they want your money so bad.... this company needs to find out if they wanna pay to have people get friends to sign up or keep current customers. And u can't see ur account numbers you have to ask for an email.... I'm going to listen to the people who work there and switch to canopy bank lol

Rob Helgeson, the manager here was terrible at returning my calls, his team left thousands of dollars of seller money on the table until I noticed and made them change last minute, screwed up the numbers on my paperwork for signing, and promised me money back I never got. Even after weeks of bugging him. I LOVE doing business with BECU and have for years, but I cannot recommend this facility or its staff. Stay away and get a loan officer in Tukwila! EDIT: BECU's Mortgage Director personally called me to apologize and refund the money I was promised after reading my review. My review above stands, but I wanted to add that I truly love how much BECU cares about their members!

Very first time dumpster rental consumer. Excellent client service. Dumpster dispatch was on time and they actually set plywood down to safeguard driveway.
