OneMain Financial, Spokane Valley, WA

I only gave this 5 stars so they couldn’t filter this out but, I’m very upset with this company. They are impossible to get a call back from. They’ve been “working” on my husbands loan application for 3 days now. I don’t think 3 days for processing a loan is very professional. They keep saying they’re short staffed and that’s the reason for the delay and I understand that completely. However, as a business they should know, short handed or not, they still have a business to run with the same outcome. At a bakery, if they’re short staffed, they don’t just say “oh you know, we’re short staffed so we’re gunna need you to change your sons birthday party to 3 days from now, cuz that’s when we’ll be done”. They wouldn’t do that. They would just do their job and get it done. All the other reviews say they got it right away and we’re very happy with their service. I do not feel that way at all. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

OneMain Financial was very helpful, sweet, and quick! I filled out a quick application online and the gentleman associate called me quick! The Mullan office in Spokane was great. I cant remember the gentleman that helped me, but he was very knowledgeable, worked hard to get me a loan, and he made me feel like I made the right decision! He was amazing! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Best and Fastest Services, Friendly Staff, and stand behind everything they say they will do for you. with Good terms, got it to fit my budget, helped lower my other debts and is helping build my credit rating for a HOME. The manager and staff work very hard to help, with any financial need you may have or problem you are facing, like a emergency or troubled times. You can depend on them.

Used wrong bank account, so I get charged a 25 dollar returned fee on my last .05 cents owing on balance when I’m a year and a half ahead on it. Not worth calling as I’ll just pay the 25 and tell everyone I know or deal with on a daily basis as a retail salesman to steer clear of this place.

My husband and I went there to get a personal loan and we were helped by Arlene who was extremely helpful and kind. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped me to feel comfortable throughout the process. They are very transparent and are there to help you. The ability to be able to complete this loan at their office was a nice touch because it felt more personal and comfortable rather than just doing it all online. 10/10 recommended One Main Financial Spokane Valley to anyone seeking their services!
