My wife and I needed a new home and the whole loan process was a giant hurdle we didn't know how to jump over. Not only do I call Matt every time I get a new client, I’ve used him personally in two of my own homes. I have worked with quite a few lenders since I started real estate, in those years I have come to recognize the qualities that set some above the rest. Some of the main qualities being communication, availability, and follow thru. If you want someone who will answer their phone nights, days, weekends, and holidays even then Matt is your guy. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things pertaining to the lending process and has consistently provided lower rates than anyone else in his field, saving myself and my clients thousands of dollars.
