Kendra was very rude and lacks customer service skills. She did everything she could to not cash a student loan check that had been verified.

I was denied a loan even though I have consistent pay. I hope this company gets what it deserves for playing with the lives of the people it's supposed to help.

They refused to cash a check of one my coworker who had going there for years but hasn't gone in awhile. They were horrible to her and Virginia, the boss refused to help her and two other people. I have been going to money tree for 30 years! My coworker had ID and everything. I am calling the district manager and posting a complaint with the BBB. Never going there again.

I've been a customer at the Moneytree located on East Sprague in Spokane for almost three years and never once did i feel like my business was not appreciated. That's to say that i wasn't mistreated at a couple of Moneytree locations in Western Washington. That's the main reason that i would drive 175 miles to Spokane when i could drive 100 miles to Mpnroe instead.

Excellent place to do business. These guys go out of their way to help you got to keep the fees as low as possible when possible. I walked out of there today feeling important as if my business means something to this company. Initially there was a lady and a Gentleman assisting me and then another customer came in. The lady immediately politely excused herself and went to help the other gentleman so that he didn't have to wait. The gentleman the homie was beyond professional and genuinely cared about making sure that I walked out of there a happy customer, and I did. I won't be looking any place else to cash my checks. Moneytree has my business for good just so long as I'm treated the way I was treated today every time I go in.

The Money tree in Spokane valley WA was an absolute blessing for me. Being from out of town and my car had been broken in to I had lost everything and had about a months worth of paychecks that I couldn't get cashed. Shauna was an absolute angel and so upbeat and attentive to my concerns and situation. I will recommend to anyone to visit for any money needs.

Shout out to Shauna! She did absolutely amazing at getting me in and out when I had a huge crisis on money orders lol she was incredibly easy going and the whole process was over in minutes! Thanks again, Shauna!
