They are racist. The information I got from the call center was different than what staff in the store told me and I have been told something different each time. I am a black Queen and they discriminated against me and asked me for documentation that is not required to apply for the loan I was applying for. I have now been treated differently because of the color of my skin on 3 separate occasions from this company. Do not waste your time here. They should just shut the whole place down.

Absolutely pointless. I got stuck at work and could not make it to my bank in time, I was referred to money tree, just to be told they can't help me because they have never heard of the largest used car and RV dealer in Spokane.... Told me to come back when she could verify that it's a real business, after making me provide the paystub and all supporting documents from said business. Do not waste your time..

It was quite busy at closing this day, I’ve been cashing checks here for years. It has always been a easy place with kind and friendly staff. Today in particular I was helped by Ryan. Let’s just say today did not go as expected but at least I got what I needed, just with jumping through a few hoops and clearing a few hurdles.

I needed a payday advance because I work seasonally and just started back up. Yvonne helped me and she is a Rockstar! She not only got me an advance but did it super fast. She literally made the process smooth and efficient. I will definitely be returning in my time of need! Highly recommend this business!

Horrible place to go, the customer service started out nice but the demeanor quickly changed as I felt looked down upon. I don't recommend this place they hold an unpaid loan from 20+ years against you and deny you service
