Absolutely TERRIBLE! They have a premium that was cancelled just over a month ago, but since the paperwork is not all done on their end, they are still charging a late fee for the client that does not really owe anything to them! As a matter of fact, there is a refund due! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

This is the only finance company we use. Can't get better pricing or service. We have been using them since they started. thanks TEPCO

I just called them to set up payments on my insurance, the person on the phone was so helpful and understanding... I would highly recommend Tepco. They are polite and kind!!
