Andy Cooper was terrible to me! He made me feel very small and left me with little hope that I would be able to secure a home loan. I am no longer a member of Umpqua bank and share my story with anyone that will listen. I’m sure there are others who have had good experiences with Andy, but not myself and family. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BANK AGAIN!

One bad apple spoils the bunch as the saying goes. Sadly this is the first bad experience I have had generally over the past few years everyone has been great. Seriously reconsidering my options right now.
