This branch doesn’t have a clue about Reg E. Getting charged for bank fees even though they know the third party was at fault and still charging me is not ok. Kris has the worst customer service!! Telling me I have to have amazon pay for my fees is ludicrous! Grateful to not be a part of this institution!

Krys and her team were great to work with for our home construction loan. Always quick to respond with questions we had and made the whole process smooth. When we build again, we would definitely reach out to her.
