Delt with Gary for MONTHS everything was good in the beginning but soon Realized he's just a smooth talker. Him and the agent I was dealing with did nothing but lie! I was told "even if we can't buy right now we'll set up a plan moving forward" we'll guess what since they couldn't use my 1099 and could only go off my wife's income it came back with approved for 215k after those numbers we haven't heard a damn thing from him. I sent this guy ALL of my Financial documents 5 times. Even had my mom that was thinking about pulling a heloc send her docs. And same thing .I Will never go though him !
