Both times we've been here we've had nothing but easy communication and exchanging our items was a breeze. The boss lady Karla and Michael were amazing. Such kind and funny souls. Would 10/10 recommend this pawn shop

came into the store it was very neat and clean (not like most pawn shops). i was greeted by security when i walked in the door and very friendly. i worked with karla. she was very polite even though she didn’t take what i had she still directed me to the right place to go.

Amazing store, and amazing staff!!! Super clean and nice selection. If you need money help they will work with you too as long as you have something worth pawning . They worked with me on a bass guitar and I will use them again!!

They are super friendly, reasonable and fast. These guys helped me out on a loan which was much needed. Highly recommend them.

Gold & Pawn Jewelry & Loan on Pacific/112th in Tacoma is without a doubt one of the best pawn shops, not just in the greater Puget Sound area/western WA, but throughout the entire state. I do a lot of business with pawn shops around the US, having moved to the PNW from NYC about a decade ago. I’ve been to almost every open pawnshop from Seattle/Tacoma to Spokane and most of those in between and I am not overstating when I say, that this shop stands among the very best in WA. Frankly, there are a lot of options but I consistently find myself buying/selling/loaning with Big Mike (Country) and the fellas here at this shop. They are always friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I’ll be coming here for as long as I have business to do with pawnshops, which will be for a long time coming. Thanks for doing such a great job and I’ll see you again very soon!

Amazing customer service! Assist Manager Chris helped us with an extra a day due to our work schedule for a loan. Would definitely recommend to friends and family this location if needing assistance.

I just came back from paying on my loan and the guy at the Register was on his cell phone and was completely being rude to me. Very poor customer service. And he was trying to over charge me to. I’m guessing he new cuz I never seen him before in there. Might want to tell your new employees not to be rude
