I went to purchase a vehicle and the dealership worked with this lender. I spoke to the lender and gave my info, got called back a few hours later with an approval. I was supposed to receive an email link which took over an hour to receive in order to upload my documents. When told to come see them for paperwork, I was never even told where to go or with whom I would be doing business with. Hard to set up a new appointment, I can't believe they are that busy all the time. Also the rates were horrific at best. I have pretty decent credit and what they were going to charge me for the small loan was over double the amount being borrowed. Be careful, they seem to be a bit on the predatory lender side!

I give them 1 star just because I have to. I wouldn't give them even that! Their service is crummy, they call you 30 times a day even on weekends if you miss a payment and burry you in interest fees.

Applied for a personal loan and was approved right away. Highly recommend Lendmark for any personal help. Also awesome customer service!

Easily the best loan experience I've had. I bought a new (used) car back in 2019 on average credit, and they offered with a 20-25% APR. Not too bad for low 600 credit score. Since then I was offered a loan extension and additional funds to help my business grow, a $5000 addition with no additional fees or high APR rate. Twice I had a family emergency and once I had COVID then a stroke. Both times they worked generously with me and brought my account up to date, and just postponed the late payments to the end of my loan. Was a HUGE relief every single time. I'm seriously thankful to have them. They're not the cheapest for interest, but my experience with them has never been nothing short of good. Big thanks to the staff who've repeatedly worked with me.
