Oh my gosh, where do we begin. Our loan officer Marcia Gonzales has bent over backwards for us since we reached out with her day 1 asking for a last minute pre-approval letter that she got to us at 10pm on a Friday night. We can't say enough good things about her. She made this extremely stressful process something that was easy to manage and gave us so much confidence that we were in great hands the entire time. As both of us are independent contractors we've heard so many horror stories (and even experienced some ourselves) of people in our position not getting accepted for a loan, or loan officers dismissing them because of their employment status. Marcia was with us the entire time. She believed in us! Anytime someone I know is going to buy a house I am 10000% going to recommend her!
