I cannot express enough how good Ed Barbier and his assistant Katelyn are at their jobs. Their professionalism is top knotch…they kept us updated all the way…they answered our calls and texts in a timely manner and answered our questions in a manner in which we understood. How we found these lovely people is a funny story. Our previous home lender agent (Marti Hundis) had started her retirement plans and had told me about Ed before she fully retired. When the time came…I thought…why not reach out to someone “new”…..and I did. I will spare all the sleepless nights that sadly followed that decision. I will give 1 give away to that experience…trust your gut when the loan person ask you for the same document 3 times…or answers your text with…just get hold of my assistant today…I don’t feel good (several times….we got that response.)
