Jared and his assistant Nikki were phenomenal especially after having a horrible experience with another lender in which my partner and I lost so much time and energy for nothing. The horrible experience gave a bad taste in our mouth and we’re skeptical to buy a house even more. But both Jared and Nikki made the process so smooth and effortless for us that we did not have to worry a single thing and they both guided us throughout the whole process with daily updates on what is happening and what the do’s and dont’s in buying a house especially with finances. Jared walked us through and explained every little things about the housing market and purchasing a house in a way that we can understand and gave us multiple options with financing so that we feel comfortable with our purchasing price and our monthly amortization. I have worked with many loan officers and Jared had some of the best communication I’ve experienced. Typically as a listing agent I have to reach out to the loan officer and ask for info and updates. Jared got ahead of the curve and kept me updated well before I even thought about asking. Next time I see a buyer with a loan from Jared I will be letting my seller know he gets deals to the finish line!
