BUYER BEWARE! Total bait and switch operation. They told me the process/price for an FFL transfer, then when they got the merchandise it was a total different process, additional costs included! Try RW Pawn down the road for a much more ethical company.

Went in to trade arms. Store is clean. Staff was professional. Both their sale and purchase prices were reasonable.

Use these guys all the time for private party transfers and for online orders. Super friendly staff, very accommodating and always on the ball to notify me when my new items arrive. My favorite FFL in this area.

Skeptical at first since I was badly treated at their completion down the road, but have to say awesome deals on jewelry and firearms!!! Asked if they did FFL transfers and by far these guys have the best prices in town! will definitely be using them to transfer firearms with them in the future since is is only a mere $21 bucks! keep up the good work and great prices!

Visited this shop for the first time to conduct some business. First impression upon walking into the shop was very good; the shop is very well organized, brightly lit, open floor space, not cluttered, and the shop is CLEAN! Even behind the counter is clean and well organized, which is a very refreshing experience for me. The staff members were very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. The business proceeded very smoothly and was a very good experience, mostly thanks to Tropics' staff members' help. I will be returning to this place for a closer look at their other merchandise in the future.

Love love love this place!. I bought my emerald ring here. A special gift to myself for going through cancer. The people here are SO nice. I had my keyboard in there for a long time and they took good care of it. They have been there for me in good times and bad. Now my goal is to reward myself with a ring every month! It's so much fun shopping here....

I would just like to say that tropics is a outstanding local business helping the community strive and also helping everybody learn the new gun laws which are super cool I would like to thank Dan and Julie for being awesome local business owners and for the entire tropics family you guys are rock stars I appreciate each and every one of you every time I walk into one of your clean organized stores! Spoke with them about my Xbox Series X on friday, lovely employees. They were a couple minutes past closing when they answered. Will be taking my business to them this morning. Will update my review this evening!
