If you need a loan officer you should really consider Jeff Henderickson. He is a very kind, understanding, patience person. He got me a home in a 55 and over community. Most people won't loan on those home because you don't own the land, but he found a place that would which I'm very grateful. Another problem we had I didn't have much time to get out of my apartment, but he worked hard on getting the closing done and on time for me to get out on time. Jeff is a problem solver there were a few hiccups along but he got them solve also. I would recommend Jeff anytime you need a loan officer. He is very honesty and a hard working person. He answers your questions that you don't understand. I would use Jeff again. He believes in the people he is helping. He is a very, very good person.
