I was extremely happy with my experience at the Wenatchee WA location. It took no time at all to go through the paperwork and my money was in my bank account the very next morning. Called to see about a loan and they said I only need an application and an appointment. But when I asked if I could make an appointment lady said I could only make one if my application was as approved. Basically trying to force me to do it over the phone, I don’t like doing these kind of things over the phone. So if this is the customer service I get before the Loan think about how they’ll treat you after the loan

After my " pre approved" offer and after running my credit which we all know lowers it, we get to the closing of the loan and they proceed to tell me that instead of an unsecured loan which 3 phone calls later I k ew nothing about, they lowered my approval amout by 6000. I was getting the loan for a new heating system so the " new" loan amount did nothing for me. There excuse was that my tip income was non taxed when I clearly sent them 2 paystubs that had tips included, with a line item that saiys tip income. Needless to say I rejected the loan but yhe damage is done on my credit report. I felt like a classic bait and switch game was being played on me and get it together OneMain. Your underwriters clearly need better trained on reading and actually understanding pay syubs. Very dissappoonted and there lack of understanding financial documents is appalling.

One main was great, Anthony who helped me was very knowledgeable and explain every thing so I knew what the process was. I would recommend them to everyone.
