Shirley, the branch manager is always helpful and takes the time to answer questions to get you the information needed to make banking decisions for your personal and business needs.

Its the personal care knowing in person or by phone I'm being looked after. I appreciate being alerted there are better returns available that I should be looking into. Large or small investments are handled the same, that's rare in the banking industry. Thank you, Shirley and the staff at 1st Security, I know I placed my money in the right bank.

Tried to change a $20 (that I withdrew from their outside ATM) into quarters, but the inside bank teller would not do it because I’m not a member of this bank. If this is the case, then there should be a sign on the outside doors that states “Members Only”.

The ladies and gentlemen who help us are amazing. Our Senior Parents Committee has an account. Shirley got all the paperwork ready for transferring from 2021 parents to 2022. We love this branch.
