Super friendly and helpful customer service. But as a new customer they charged me a $20 fee for using a service I thought was free. The manager wouldn't waive the fee so I'm closing my accounts. Sexy new bank colors and graphics; same old bank opportunistic behavior.

Nice friendly, hometown bank. Always helpful. Only complaint is the drive through. They keep money on the opposite side of building so it takes unnecessary time to get cash..

The lady I delt with in the White Salmon WA branch was rude, when I tried to ask more questions she said nothing I can do, shut me down with no answers and no help. Not her problem that my money in their bank is in question from me, beware if anything happens to your money...Not my problem attitude at this place, that's how I feel
