UPDATE!! Another company approved me! In less than a week of dealing with nightmare, One Main. It was NOT me! It’s this company! Do NOT go here!! Find another company. You’ll be happy you did Worst experience ever. Absolutely no communication. Childish. Go somewhere else! Do not go here They will bring more problems than help I was pre-approved. After NO communication, Chris denied me. Said I didn’t earn enough money. Though I work a full time job AND own my business (This is after I called to find out what was going on. I left a message for general manager. Childish! Hurting people! Not helping!) So, now my credit has fallen and no loan. What a mess and a joke Never again ONE MAIN! And I will let everyone know how immature this company is. Kids are leading a VERY IMPORTANT task. This shouldn’t be in the hands of someone who has maturity issues This is peoples lives that are being hurt If I could give zero stars, I would Go somewhere else! They will mess you over. I’ve never had problems in the past. This time it’s been a nightmare UPDATE!! Less than one week after dealing with these jokers, I’ve been approved at another lending company. I will have the money in my account by the end of the week One Main Is a joke!! Thankfully there’s other businesses!! DO NOT GO HERE!! So? It’s NOT ME! It’s 100% this company and the people that work for them!

I have used One Main several times with great success until I was connected to the Woodinville branch. A very unprofessional, sassy, and childish staff. Terribly rude and very inappropriate. Take your business to Bel Red, you will be much happier.

They don't know what they're doing and what they can do, very misleading and will waste your time just take your business to Bellevue one main or any other than this place. They had me do the whole process for the loan a whole week all for them to turn me down last minute because I had a California drivers license, and my collateral needed to be registered to a Washington license mind you I LET CHRIS KNOW i still has a driver's license from California. And last but not lear's Chris tells me if I didn't come in today after me not having a day off and work a week straight he's just going to have to close the loan this was my first red flag. Waste of time horrible experience will not refer my customers to one main ever.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible high daily interest rates. More hidden fees than you can count. They try to sneak Death and Dismemberment Policies in with a loan. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I Took out a loan thinking that it would help me build up my credit to have an installment loan on my credit report versus just having revolving accounts and at this point I feel so royally screwed over that I wish I would have made a different decision. This place is so crooked it doesn't even seem legal. I am disappointed and disgusted with Springleaf Financial Services! DO NOT DO LIKE I DID AND LEARN THE HARD WAY, NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF IT!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I was pre-approved for a loan and went through the whole process to get it. I’m in a financial bind and the money would have helped relieve some of my debt. On Friday, Blake from the Woodinville branch promised me that I was approved for the loan and made an appointment with me to come in Monday to finalize it. Today is Monday and I received a call from them saying that I suddenly am not approved for the loan because “I don’t make enough money.” This wasn’t an issue the week before and Blake never once brought it up the whole time we spoke about the loan - which was over a few days time. He said with my income and the collateral I would have used that I was approved. So why the sudden change of heart the day I’m supposed to finalize my loan? This company is shady as hell and I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way they do business. DO NOT USE THEM. The next time I try for a loan, it’ll be with my credit union.
