Red Canoe Credit Union, Woodland, WA

I went to this credit union because I found it in Mastercard's website describing that it is a member bank, when I searched for a "branch near me." When I get there they say they are not partnered with Mastercard. I just got off the phone with Mastercard, they have triple confirmed that Red Canoe is in the member network with Mastercard. You can even verify it on the Mastercard website when you search for a "branch near me." They are either ignorant at Red Canoe as to the services they offer or they are just flat out lying to potential customers because they don't have an account. Do yourself a favor and bank online on Chime or PayPal. Major banks and credit unions are old news. They only provide the services that they want to i.e., (most revenue for the branch.)

This review is on their drive up ATM's. Aside from the fact that none of them are designed to accommodate a standard 4x4 truck (not lifted) the ATM in Woodland WA is impossible for a truck to exit. There is a light post a few feet in front of you. May work for a car, but not a truck. We backed out.

Helped me with everything I needed, always calm nice and caring and make sure that I did everything I needed during the time I visit.

This is my preferred Red Canoe to go to. Close to my work, great people there.

The signature line on their new cards is less than 1.25 inches. If your first and last name are more than 10 characters, how do they expect you to sign this?
