Nice staff. small time feel credit union where they know your name.

The people who work at this bank are so RUDE. I was on the phone with Able and he interrupted me so many time and was super unprofessional. He also has been accusing us of stuff we have not been doing. It’s been nothing but complications throughout our loan. If I could leave no stars I would. I highly recommend NOT using this bank.

Ive only dealt with Calcoe Federal Credit Union a couple of times and both times they were very polite and helpful.

can you say simply outstanding? this is one credit union that understands taking care of your customers is priority one. on more than one occasion, greg (the bank manager) has personally assisted me in some very dire financial situations. if more banks/credit unions understood this, perhaps maybe they would propser. i see many many years of my loyal service as i ascend the corporate ladder.
