After 30 years of waiting on our Lord Jesus to fulfill his promise he whispered into my heart about having a home, the time has finally come. I set out to embark upon the journey with Jesus and my husband to purchase a home and it quickly became so overwhelming at the thought of who do I finance with? Who is going to get me in to the home that God lead me to and in a time frame that was going to work for many people who quickly became dependent on our move. I toiled back and forth for a minute should I just go to my bank or connect with a morgage company, for which Cornerstone Lending and specifically Brian Jones came to mind. After much consideration and prayer we believed that the Holy Spirit lead us to work with Brian Jones. From beginning part of our journey with Brian to the very end was a great experience. He was very patient and calm during a few of my moments of freaking out about the financial commitment we were about to make. He took the time to explain the financial and went above and beyond to help us secure our home and keep some money in our pockets. He was discreet about my income and assets. He walks in integrity and compassion. I have to say that over the years I have heard how long it takes to close on a home but I must say that I do believe Brian got it done and we had our home in a record time. I believe it was less than a month, maybe even 3 weeks. None the less Brian had connected us with some amazing people to help along the way, such as the inspector, the realtor and especially love the the realtors assistant. She's the best! Brian even took the time to rejoice with us on signing day. Truthfully I believe if we would have went the other route to purchasing the home of our dreams we probably would be still waiting.
