It started off as a great experience lots of communication between myself and the person I was working with. We were asked to pay off some cards, we did. I sent an email letting them know we did what they asked, but it's now been 2 months and I have not heard anything back. Very unprofessional I have called, texted and emailed and I have not heard anything back.
