All the tellers and employees are so sweet and helpful. They really care about their customers and they are not out to nickle and dime you like big corporations. I was a member of a big bank and switched because of the care and customer service I receive here. Went in to deposit money but this branch has a closed lobby, despite no signs saying lobby is closed to the public and signs saying lobby is open at 9am. I arrived at 9:30am

Been with Yakima Federal Savings over 20 years.love the people at Orchard Park branch . every transaction is quick . And pleasant .

Really bad service take 40 minutes to they deposit money I was on my lunch time I ask if can do fast and what she did is doing slow she could.i got back to my work and I was late because that rude person I will open account on other bank
