BMO Harris Bank, Adams, WI

The bank has great account options, online banking is very flexible and informative, and there are plenty of other branches around in case I end up in need of a visit while traveling. The staff in this bank are mostly kind, with the exception of one woman who I would describe as rude and inexperienced. she's only ever been helpful and kind when I've brought my son to the bank for her to gawk at. The other staff are extremely polite, efficient, and professional. It's easy to schedule appointments with a banker for any complicated needs and I've had no issue resolving account issues with the bankers at all. They could solve the problems and answer my questions within an hour.

Ashley was Awesome and I may end up opening an account hear and see if the outstanding service continues!

I have never had such a great experience with any bank until I recently sat down for an appointment with my father in Kara Rotar's office she not only took the time to get all of my banking issues figured out with me as I'm not great with numbers and have an extremely difficult time with managing my accounts due to some health conditions, she went into great detail and made sure I was understanding, she and team were very polite and made me feel like a person and not just a number waiting in line, I am so grateful to have finally found a Banker/team that are looking out for me, I feel I received real service upon my visit, this seems to be a rarity these days , great people, I will definitely recommend Adams branch to family/friends/neighbors , thank you BMO Harris Team!
