Everyone was amazing, professional, and nice when I usually go here to cash in my checks. If you are looking somewhere to start a checking or savings account, this is my personal reccomendation.

I will say I only spoke briefly with Brandon Whitman about lot/construction loans after an online inquiry, however he called quickly and was so so friendly and informative. If you’re seeking mortgage info, I imagine he would be such a pleasure to work with. Sure hoping everything goes smoothly and we’re able to work with him on in the near future!

LOVE this institution! Best banking experience I've had in all my adult life. I know everyone there and they know me. Small town vibe with all the financial benefits of a big city bank (and them some!).

So I have been a customer for over 20 years. Used to love Westconsin. Now as the years go by and they make "improvements". I am not so sure I can say that now. I used to be able to have an overdraft at 8 am and as long as I brought my account into the positive by 3 pm, they wouldn't charge me a fee. Well today, I got a shock. I got an overdraft for yesterday because my account was in the negative (by like $3) but my pay check hit shortly after, then I wake up this morning and I have another overdraft fee for another withdrawal from my account that I knew was going to overdraw my account, but I was planning on running in and taking care of it first thing this morning. So instead of pay the $20, to bring my account up to the positive, I paid $70. This is pure and simple them stealing from me. And it is wrong. So I think I might just try out Chime, I heard they don't charge fees. I will be checking into it! Will post update if they actually change anything. I doubt it! Chime didn't charge overdraft, but didn't stop fraud either. Westconsin, is not improving. I requested a deferral since I have been off of work for the last 3 weeks due to covid and won't be able to make my truck payment. Person I talked to, wouldn't even submit the form. Told me that I will have enough to make the payment this week so I should be fine. What she didn't understand is I have other bills to pay and I need money for gas in my truck to get to work next week. But now I won't have that. I will go into the negative and then they will charge me fees. I'm so frustrated!!!

Without Westconsin Credit Union we wouldn't have been able to buy the building for our business. They do a fantastic job working with small businesses and we've moved all of our accounts to this wonderful credit union. The customer service is outstanding.
