CoVantage Credit Union, Antigo, WI

It's an easy mobile banking app & CoVantage is an awesome Credit Union. The service you receive from the employees is fast & prompt. I've been with CoVantage for well over 10 years & they will even contact you right away if they see activity that just doesn't seem right for you as a customer. I would not change my banking out of CoVantage. So come in in and get yourself the best partner in a Banking experience.

Switched most of my accounts over to covantage and was happy with them. Had my truck loan with them and wanted to refinance to lower the interest rate, and possibly get a loan for a new purchase. They were real quick getting the truck loan refinanced but after 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages with the loan officer the item I was going to purchase was sold and never heard back. A few months later wanted to switch an auto loan to covantage, they checked it over left me a voice mail saying it was all approved and ready to go, called them back and left messages on and off for a month with no reply. Will never check with them for a loan again and considering switching backs completely if it wasn't such a hassle.

I was behind on a loan I paid what they wanted me to and set up a payment plan with a guy that we agreed on and now a lady keeps messaging me telling me I need to pay more even after I explained the payment plan. She also sent a notice telling me I need to have a payment plan in 15 days after I told her about the payment plan I already set up, and she continues to threaten me telling me I need to pay more on the payment then what was discussed and that I need to pay it earlier then we discussed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Worse customer service I have ever had.

Co Vantage is far superior to keeping your money in a bank. Better rates, easy access to employees to answer any questions. Great loan rates.

I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism that I have received since switching my commercial account to CoVantage. I have commercial loans, checking and savings accounts with them, they have been professional, courteous and convenient.

I have never been treated better at any other credit union!! The tellers are great, friendly and always willing to help you with anything you might need. I use the CoVantage credit union in Iron River and I now live in California and my credit union has been great to me!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I honestly would not recommend doing any business here. Definitely shop around, for sure. There are so, so many more other financial institutions than this place. They do things a lot differently here that feel like they're ripping you off. They don't have empathy for their customers in any financial hardships, even the ones who make on-time payments...

I went into the Co Vantage branch in Appleton @ 665 W. Ridgeview.I was in line however the woman behind me was assisted first. When I was assisted by a woman sitting at a desk, the woman was rude for reasons unknow to me this was the worest customer service I have ever encountered at this branch . I could only a tribute her behavior to my skin color.
