I have been working with Tonya and Jesse for over a year now and I have nothing but praise and complete gratitude for both of them. They are kind and approachable, and they are professional to a standard that is not matched in my experience at any other business. Check into Cash should be proud to employ Tonya and Jesse-they’re the only reason I keep going back to this location. Thank you Tonya and Jesse for caring about your customers the way you do.

Manager Jesse has always been helpful. If you're willing to make your payments and keep in contact with a good attitude he will move mountains to help you out. Never had a bad experience when working with him or against him :) very strange forward and doesn't sugar coat - he has rules to follow. Don't be a bum ass mooch and you don't have to worry about Frodo being a dick. From my experience he only hangs up on people when they curse and threaten and act irrationally. Dobby has no master

Check into cash manager Jesse has terrible customer service skills. He is rude and has hung up on a customer twice, when asked to discuss options. He refuses to be helpful and is on some kind of power trip. Do not use them! They are awful!

I've been using check n go for years and every time I come in I wind up running back to the bank because whatever statement/transaction history I bring in os never right. I have been a loyal customer and always paid on time. This company clearly has no customer appreciation. They just lost my business forever. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

People that work here are great, very friendly and helpful. Came in to cash a few checks and ended up chatting with Kim for like two hours like we were old friends. Really enjoyed the visit, thanks so much!
