Keep sending letters to mail dad trying to get him to apply for a loan. The thing is, my dad has been dead since November of last year!!!!
Kind of fu**ed up that these letters didn’t start coming until AFTER his death (anyone else sensing MAJOR illegalities here?)… also can’t seem to ever get ahold of anyone to get the letters to stop since the phone is never answered and the “mailbox is full” so there’s no way to leave a message.
At what point does this constitute as harassment?

They speak to being human.... how is that possible when their not transparent on their fees. The high intrest rates are already bringing in profits that's where their main source of income comes from but let's nickle n dime the less fortunate with fees and extras. Then they present you with a power of attorney for you to sign which shows no end date in reflection to the loan terms giving them long term benefits from this. Your not obligated to sign this but once again your not informed of this so I'm sure several people just sign not thinking about the future of this document. The people u work with are nice but why wouldnt you be if your making money off screwing people I'd smile too, all the way to the bank. Just be cautious read and ask questions this is your loan so make sure you understand all of it before it's to late n your screwed. Also understand paying extra payments needs to be identified to be applied to the princable or it will go towards intrest another non-tranparent situation.

Stacy at this location uses words that are promising, will take up your entire day with phone calls getting your information and "ironing out details". Only to let you down in the end, terrible "customer" service. She actually said to me on the phone after telling me that they couldn't come up with a solution, that "I have other customers that I need to attend to." That is against the Cardinal rule in customer service. This woman should not be in the role that they have her in.

It was EASY for me to get a loan with my car as collateral. But! The payments you make will go primarily to interest and fees before the
principle of the loan. Finally, I have only two words to describe this financial lender: PREDATORY LENDING!

Getting a loan from these types of companies are a real bad idea. All you're doing is creating more debt at substantial interest relates. These are ruthless companies who could care less about your plight.

If you've got decent, not even great credit, don't waste time letting these compnay pull your credit report. Interest rates are sky high 30-40%! You're better off going with a credit card. Save money on the loan origination fees from this place. Credit cards have lower payments too! The credit unions in the area will work with people down to a 600 credit score. Don't let this place put you in bankruptcy the rates are horrible! The check cash place does better than One Main!
