Royal Bank, Avoca, WI

Today, as a new customer, was the first time I've been into Royal Bank in Avoca. My initial impression was very positive. The building is well maintained, it is conveniently located, clean, the employees were friendly, and made me feel welcome. I'm looking forward to banking there.

Nasty women was on the phone on a personal call after them she would call them back she waited on me and when she saw I had a bunch of change to cash in she informed me they charge 10 percent to cash in change . I said I never got charged before she said they don’t charge if it’s a little bit . Well ten percent of what I was cashing in for her 5 minutes of work is more than what I make being a mechanic. I walked out and then went back in to tell her I was contacting corporate she was already back on the phone . What a lousy person
