They have always gone well beyond and above what I had expected. One time dealing with me going to look at 8 different trucks across state lines, processing loans, and printing out cashiers checks for me on multiple occasions, just to turn them down and cancel everything once I got there to look at them. And that’s just one series of events, out of many that they have helped me with. I’ve been a member for 22 years.

Since we no longer live in Baldwin, we have had no recent experience with the Baldwin office. We now live in Spooner, WI and would appreciate it if you would consider opening an office there - or buy out an existing office.

I have been a member for many years. I have never been disappointed in their services! I usually go to the Baldwin branch office. Everyone there is so professional & friendly! I have also gone to the River Falls, Hudson, & New Richmond offices & found them to be the same. I appreciate the great services & availability of many locations that they offer!

Just opened accounts at Westconsin Credit Union. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff members and the follow-up to see if we needed any further assistance.

Really great credit union overall, but the online bill pay and credit card payment/statement site leave a lot to be desired .

In all the 15 years I have banked with them, I have only ever asked if an overdraft fee could be waved maybe 3 times total. The last time I asked for one to be waved was 6 years ago! Today 6 years later, I asked for one to be waved and the lady said she was adding a note to my account saying that absolutely no more waves could be given to my account. She said one was waved on December ( which I didn't known because I didn't ask for it) but the fact that I have only asked about 3 times in about 15 years I feel like she was seriously overreacting. Pretty poor customer service! ....Received call today addressing my negative experience at the credit union. They apologized for the service I received as it was not the way they wish their members to be treated. And the "note" on my account will be removed. I appreciate the fact that they take reviews seriously and care enough to fallow up. Their is accountability and a standard they hold to with their costomer service! I will be keeping my membership!
