Paul H. is extremely knowledgeable and very patient with his clients. He took the time to educate us in the home buying process and once we decided to pull the trigger and buy the house, he was there for us every step of the way. We understood every transaction, every number on the contract and he was spot on estimating out of pocket costs (this allowed us to budget accordingly). It seems that he was able to get the contract through very quickly as well. From the time we first saw the house to the time we closed on it, it was just about a month.
