Left a credit union down the street refinancing mortgage and closing accounts in excess of $40k - CU never asked why leaving or tried to keep us (which they wouldn't be able to do). I love this bank! They are friendly and know their stuff. Vicki helped me today. She was great! Processed my request with ease. I always leave very happy with the services they provide and the great spirits they display.

This my first bank, and I love the mobile app because I'm able to see how much I make and transfer money as needed. I was having troubles with the app, but, luckily, they have amazing customer service. Vicki helped me out, and she is my favorite employee there.

lied to use said they could take care of the ppp small business loan application and couldn't. Had the paper work in 3 days before they ran out of money but they never sent it in .know its to late to start over with another bank. Thanks for nothing!!!!

I chatted with Autumn yesterday trying to track down an account that I had with The Bank of Helenville that I opened in 1978 when I was 7. She was the most helpful person and was able to help me locate my account and give me all the information to find my childhood account.
