This is my second time getting a loan from this branch. First time went very smooth and I worked with a rep in person. Excellent service, relatively fast (as fast as systems would allow) and friendly staff. This time, I called over the phone to inquire about an application I submitted online. Dawn was the only one in office at the time and still took the time to help me. She was patient; knowledgeable and most of all she was completely nonjudgmental. I cannot thank her enough for staying late past closing to finish up my loan and getting the loan into my bank account within minutes of approval. Outstanding service, Dawn! P.S. Great place to get a loan if you need alittle help. If something comes up just contact them they are really understanding. I have also used them for taxes. I highly recommend world finance
