Advia Credit Union, Beloit, WI

Had a very good experience when I stopped in earlier this week. I had a deposit and withdrawal which I was concerned might be a hell. Teller did a great job informing me of how it would work. Nice quiet location and concurrently located.

Been with them for almost 10 yrs remote deposit they hold your check for 10 days, even the same check I've deposited for 4 yrs! Can't get a real teller at drive thru anymore on 4th Street. The staff is good. I'm about to close my account due to their stupid corporate policies.

I have had an account with Advia since before, when they were First American CU. Advia hands down is the best financial institution to keep your money in if you're a regular Joe. Their rates are competitive and the fees are understandable. I had an issue with an account being charged fees and they returned the fees without hesitation due to being misinformed. I would tell anyone asking where to open an account to bank with Advia.

I love banking at Advia cu. The bank offers it's members competitive interest rates on a variety of loans. They have helped me look for financial solutions on two different occasions and both people were very friendly and helpful.

I have never seen a financial institution like this, they have deposited money in the wrong accounts on 2 occasions, shorted deposits 3 times, kept business tax papers for weeks after they said they were sending them back, the manager ended up bringing them to me. I could keep going on but I think you get the point. The credit union has potential but its not lived up to. I would recommend reading other reviews online not just ours.
