Horrible online experience and in store experience as well! Customer rep. Ashley needs to work on her professionalism and her tone of voice to the customer especially when the customer was nice as can be! Don't treat your customers like you are way better than them! Rude demeanor Ashley has and change your attitude as well Ashley!! Do not recommend this place at all!!! Save a trip and $$!! Their employees don't deserve your hard working money until they are trained to be better in customer service!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. They do not go the extra mile to help their customers and they will not budge on ANYTHING even during the holiday season. Most companies during the holiday season make things possible like letting a digital card pass for the physical card so kids can have presents for Christmas. I wouldn't recommend these ppl at all.

Meagan and Yari were amazing and helpful. I usually pay online but will come into the store to make payments because of how amazing they are with their service.

Filled out an application online, only to call in to follow up. I reached an employee by the name of Ashley. I received the most non helping, rudest sarcastic attitude I have ever experienced in all my life. As a former customer service rep I would have NEVER treated a customer or civilian like that. In addition, I never was able to speak with any one else, obtained the supervisors name but no contact information and she lied and stated we couldnt obtain it. It takes one bad apple to make a company or branch of any company look terrible. The unprofessional level was at an all time HIGH! Please do not call, spare yourself the terrible time.

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Coming here, you feel like more than a customer. Meagan, Becky, Michelle, and Leah are very friendly and fun to work with. I highly recommend that anyone looking for short-term financial solutions visits this location.
