First Community Credit Union, Beloit, WI

Worst bank ever. Auto schedule bills and with holiday they hit me with 8 overdrafts in a day. Mind you I have never had overdraft issues before. They say its my fault for not checking my account balance. I will own that but I have the control to close my account and leave a review. Watch were you bank. Update. A manager did call me to resolve the situation. Unfortunately for me the damage was done and my decision had already been made in my head. I hope they can improve for the next customer. They unfortunately cant respond due to privacy laws. But its the customer in the end that gets the decision.

Excellent service. Everytime I visit this location I am greeted by the most friendliest and professional staff. They handle all my banking needs exactly how I ask. Making every visit very productive. Finally real customer service.

I became a member Sep 2019 with an auto loan, FCCU made everything very easy for me. Three months later I transferred another auto loan to FCCU, from a large national bank that I was not happy with. By the time I drove to my branch the paper work was organized, financial department was waiting and ready to explain everything to me, I happily signed the papers and have been a satisfied customer ever since.

First Community is truly that...first in community relations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When looking for a car loan, they offered a few different ways to finance. When looking at a home mortgage, they had so many different options for me. This credit union is a credit to Beloit and our community.

I have been a member of the credit union now for over 20 years and I received a survey and I got a call back from the manager telling me how they could how to solve the problem I was having .it was great to know I was being heard. I love the progress that they have made I will continue to do my banking with first community credit union.

No overdraft protection even though I pay for it, if u get have to replace and buy a different card a couple times they will refuse another debit card from the Bank. New Debit card police is or there “a Stupivisor”. Stay away from this money hogging place, careful of the overdrafts and fraud protection policies, When u get an account there are many many words in fine print. They will get u an account going, but if anything happens with overdraft or fraud protection, u are on your own. Smh, no way to run a institution. So many other banks that offer a lot more perks and incentives, FCCU, First Community Credit Union. Only values your money, they do not value their customers. Smh 💸💸👎👎👎

We recently got a car loan through Forest City Motor with the First Community Credit Union. It was easy and I was helped setting up the reorccuring payments. Like it so far!

Not a friendly place to do business. Much better financial institutions to work with than First Community Credit Union.
